When the fat lady sings

It was a marching band concert. Naima got hired to play sax. Max and Carl played rhythm section. The whole time, I thought there was a fictional fat woman, who everyone warned me about watching the concert. Everything was fine. Then, while cueing the melody from Scriabin symphony 1, mvt 2, I felt a scratch on the back of my neck. It was the mysterious fat woman. She was grinning. I jumped, laughed, and woke up.
