Online Meditation Group

I teach a syncretic, non-theistic approach to mindfulness, seeking awareness of life’s inner nature, exploring three aspects of existence: impermanence, suffering, and non-self. Spiritual transcendence can come from many ethical principles and practices that address life’s essence through communion with oneself and others, time, space, incarnation, and consciousness. This course aims to teach fundamental principles and techniques of insight meditation and develop tools and community to continue a lifetime of practice and exploration.
Mindfulness is not limited to the wealthy.
Courses run for two weeks (10 days) M-F from 10 am ET / 7 am PT. I teach individual meditation courses as well.
