Many individuals who have experienced life in high-control groups associate music from their time in these environments with trauma, resulting in complex emotional responses. Music therapist Dorian Wallace offers a structured series of four sessions adapted specifically for those who have left or are in the process of leaving such groups and are navigating a complex relationship with music. These sessions are meant to support your journey in reassessing and reclaiming your relationship with music, equipping you with tools to empower yourself and transform your musical experiences into positive ones. No prior music experience is necessary.
